No. You can place a guest order with just your name, phone number, and delivery address. You'll receive a tracking token via SMS.

Registered users can track orders in their account. Guest users receive a tracking token via SMS — enter it at eloica.com/orders/guest-track.

You can cancel an order before it is assigned to a rider. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone if you need to make changes.

We'll contact you via phone to offer a substitute or refund for any out-of-stock items.

There is no minimum order. A delivery fee applies per order.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.
