1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on Eloica, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including guests and registered customers.
2. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if a product becomes unavailable. You will be notified promptly and offered a substitute or full refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Payment
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed for online payments. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full to the rider at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Kampala and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volumes. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Refunds for online payments are processed within 3–5 business days to your mobile money account. We do not accept returns on perishable goods unless they are damaged or incorrect.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, place fraudulent orders, or provide false information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eloica and Elohim 24 Ventures are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Uganda.
